Quilts Under the supervision of the editor, Courtepointe Qu�bec Quilts publishes a bilingual newsletter twice a year, Le Journal. Le Journal is sent to C.Q.Q. members only. It contains a variety of useful information including news from Quebec guilds and a calendar of events and quilt shows thoughout the province.
